Flooding affecting Carroll, surrounding areas

It is a scene many are witnessing throughout Carroll County and the surrounding areas as heavy rains are pounding the area Thursday in the wake of Hurricane Michael. Due to rising water levels and several roads being blocked throughout the county by high water, Carroll County citizens have been asked not to travel on roadways today unless it is an emergency. Please use caution when driving and do not drive through standing water. Remember - turn around, don’t drown. -
