Sherman Lee Henley, age 89 of Hillsville, born September 17, 1923 passed away on Wednesday November 21, 2012 at Pulaski Community Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha A. Henley. Survivors include, son, Dale Henley of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Rickie Moore of Hillsville; sons and daughters-in-law, Kelly and Darlene Henley of Hillsville and Roger and Carolyn Henley of Rural Hall, NC; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. R.J Buttery officiating. Burial will follow at Farris Mines Cemetery in Allisonia, VA.
