Due to the snowstorm that blanketed the area over the weekend, the Carroll County Comprehensive Plan workshops scheduled for Feb. 1 to 4 have been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.

All community workshops scheduled at local schools and focus group meetings will be made up at a later date, said Assistant Administrator Ronald Newman.
