The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office has issued a missing person alert for Joseph Ray Jones, age 23.
Jones was last seen in Fancy Gap by family members on Sept. 20. His direction of travel is unknown. He is 6-1, 260 pounds and has tattoos of TBH on his neck and Evil-n-Good on his knuckles. He was traveling in a red 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier with the Virginia license plate tag number XHV8768.
