Russell V. Havemann of Anaheim, CA, passed away peacefully at his home on December 3, 2012. Mr. Havemann had been in declining health for two years. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Annita Allen Havemann, daughter of the late Troy and Kate Branscomb Allen, formerly of Carroll County, VA, and Radford, VA. The couple met in 1956 when they both were employed at Cape Canaveral, FL. Mr. Havemann graduated from The University of Illinois as an Electrical Engineer and was employed by Rockwell International in the Aerospace Program. He was predeceased by a daughter, Darlene Havemann Hitchcock. Mr. Havemann is survived by his wife, a son Rusty (Judy) Havemann, daughter Diana (Gene) Howard and daughter Kathy (Dave) Cooper. He is survived by five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. The funeral service was conducted at Zion Lutheran Church in Anaheim and interment was in Anaheim Cemetery.
