Child porn, sexual battery of child among Monday indictments

Indictments for possession of child pornography, aggravated sexual battery against a female child less than 13 years of age, and charges stemming from a meth lab bust last August were among the 146 indictments handed down by a Carroll County Grand Jury on Monday.

Earl Dean Perkins was indicted for one count each of forcible sodomy with a complaining witness under the age of 13 and aggravated sexual battery against a female child less than 13 years of age.

Philip Ralph Siegle was also among those indicted, for nine counts of possession of child pornography.

A father and son from Cana were also indicted for their alleged roles in a meth lab bust in August of 2012 at 53 Amazing Grace Lane in Cana. Roger Jessup Hiatt, age 46 at the time of the arrest last year, and Roger Ernest Hiatt, age 25 when arrested, lived at the residence at the time.

Roger Ernest Hiatt was indicted for one count each of manufacturing 28 grams or more and less than 227 grams of methamphetamine mixture, conspiracy to manufacture a Schedule II drug (methamphetamine), and possession of precursors to manufacture methamphetamine.

Roger Jessup Hiatt was indicted for one count each of manufacturing 28 grams or more and less than 227 grams of methamphetamine mixture, possession of a Schedule II drug (methamphetamine), conspiracy to manufacture a Schedule II drug (methamphetamine), possession of a firearm while in possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony, and possession of precursors to manufacture methamphetamine.

An indictment is a formal charge, not a finding of guilt.

Also indicted Monday were: Alan Lloyd Alexander was indicted for one count each of possession of a Schedule II drug (methamphetamine), possession of a firearm while in possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony.

Ricky Gene Alexander was indicted for two counts of grand larceny.

Devan Michael Anthony was indicted for shoplifting.

Timothy Banks Brannock was indicted for possession of stolen property.

Anthony Dale Brooks was indicted for abuse and neglect of a child.

Billy Dean Caldwell was indicted for one count each of statutory burglary, grand larceny, and possession of burglary tools.

Jonathan Allen Caviness was indicted for one count each of forgery, attempting to utter, and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Gary Lee Cooper was indicted for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Luke Cameron Dale was indicted for possession of a Schedule II drug (oxycodone and acetaminophen).

Joshua Todd Davis was indicted for grand larceny.

Debra Ann Degouw was indicted for two counts of shoplifting, third offense.

Lisa Darlene Dunn was indicted for one count each of attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer of a firearm and assault and battery on a police officer.

Thomas Nelson Durnil was indicted for malicious wounding.

Alonso Moreno Estrada was indicted for possession of a Schedule II drug (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute.

Ashley Nicole Facemire was indicted for possession of a Schedule II drug (morphine).

Christie Diane Glass was indicted for two counts of uttering and one count each of statutory burglary and petit larceny-third offense.

Walter Buddy Gooslin was indicted for bad check.

Jay Steven Harris was indicted for one count each of grand larceny and statutory burglary.

Darby Christopher Hill was indicted for two counts each of shooting into an occupied vehicle and attempted malicious wounding.

Elizabeth Mae Hill was indicted for grand larceny.

Ayesha Kamal was indicted for bad check.

Jason M. Manchester was indicted for carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon.

Eric Allen Oliver was indicted for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Charles Terry Smith was indicted for one count each of possession of a firearm after being convicted of a violent felony and possession of ammunition after being convicted for a felony.

Raymond Allen Rosier was indicted for malicious wounding.

Eric James Brinegar was indicted for three counts of abuse and neglect of a child.

Regina Brinegar was indicted for three counts of abuse and neglect of a child.

Paul Vincent Callas was indicted for one count each of statutory burglary and grand larceny.

Timothy Andrew Linville was indicted for public assistance fraud.

Glen Charles Love was indicted for 22 counts of shoplifting, seven counts of conspiracy to shoplift, and one count each of conspiracy to obtain money by false pretenses and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Daniel Wade Monday was indicted for grand larceny.

Olivia Rose Nelson was indicted for 22 counts of shoplifting, seven counts of conspiracy to shoplift and one count each of obtaining money by false pretenses and conspiracy to obtain money by false pretenses.
