The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office issued a notice Wednesday of a missing juvenile. Sheila Marie Duncan, age 16, was last seen on July 30, 2012 in the Lambsburg section of Carroll County. Anyone with information on the location of this person is asked to please contact the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office at 276-728-4146 or 276-236-0241.
